Puppy Sphere Prize Card Official Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Puppy Sphere prize card  Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered at participating Puppy Sphere classes. Prize cards are distributed in person at the class venue while supplies last. Participation in this Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all class attendees.

  • Limit of one (1) prize card per attendee per class.

  • Participants under the age of 18 may receive a prize card; however, any prize must be redeemed by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

  • Employees of Puppy Sphere, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. No Purchase Necessary / Alternative Method of Entry

  • No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

  • Individuals may also obtain a prize card free of charge by requesting one from Puppy Sphere and arranging a pickup window at the studio check-in desk by emailing info@doggos.ca, while supplies last.

4. Prize Types and Odds

Winning prize cards may reveal one of the following prizes:

  • $10 Off

  • $20 Off

  • 10% Off

  • Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO)

  • Free Class Pack

  • Class Pack Discount

  • Grand Prize: 6-Month Sphere Membership

Prize quantities are limited and predetermined prior to distribution. Prize cards are randomly distributed. The odds of winning any specific prize depend on the total number of prize cards distributed and the number of each prize type available.

5. Redemption Rules

  • Limit one (1) prize redemption per person.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as expressly stated.

  • Discounts apply to eligible future bookings only and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Buy One, Get One Free applies to two classes booked in the same transaction, with the lower-priced class provided at no cost.

  • Class Packs and Sphere Membership prizes are subject to Puppy Sphere’s standard Terms of Service.

  • Prizes may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted by Puppy Sphere.

  • Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the redemption process and agree to all applicable terms.

  • Prizes are subject to studio availability and may only be redeemed for classes or services offered by Puppy Sphere.

6. Expiration

  • All prizes must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on the prize card.

  • If no expiration date is listed, prizes will expire on September 30th, 2026.

7. Grand Prize – 6-Month Mini Sphere Membership

The 6-Month Mini Sphere Membership includes one (1) class credit per month, access to all studios and all class types, 5% off additional classes, and 5% off private events. Classes booked with Sphere Membership credits may be shared with others.

  • Begins upon activation.

  • Non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  • Includes standard Sphere Membership benefits only.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted.

  • Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian activate and manage the Sphere Membership.

8. General Conditions

Puppy Sphere reserves the right to:

  • Verify identity and eligibility prior to prize redemption.

  • Refuse redemption in cases of suspected fraud, duplication, tampering, or misuse.

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

  • Declare lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or illegible prize cards void.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, attendees agree that Puppy Sphere is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or tampered prize cards

  • Technical or administrative errors in connection with the Promotion

  • Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the promotion or redemption of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Terms

All prize redemptions are subject to Puppy Sphere’s standard Terms of Service and class policies.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by applicable federal, provincial, or state laws.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes shall reside with the courts in the location of the participating class.
