Effective for Puppy Sphere Class Pack purchases made between June 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and June 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern Puppy Sphere's Sphere Class Pack Flash Sale promotion.

During the promotional period, customers will receive:

  • An additional 20% off all Sphere Class Packs

  • Discount is automatically applied at checkout

  • No promo code is required

This offer is valid at all participating Puppy Sphere studio locations where Sphere Class Packs are available.

  • Receive an additional 20% off all eligible Sphere Class Packs

  • Discount is automatically applied during checkout

  • No manual promo code is required

  • Offer applies only to Sphere Class Pack purchases made during the promotional period

3. Sphere Class Pack Usage

General Use Rules

  • Sphere Class Packs may only be redeemed in the city where they were purchased.

  • Example: A Toronto Sphere Class Pack may only be used for Toronto classes.

  • Sphere Class Packs cannot be transferred between cities or studio locations.

  • Customers can view their remaining class credits under My Account.

  • Sharing eligibility is determined by the specific Sphere Class Pack purchased:

    • Solo Packs: Not shareable

    • Share Packs: May be shared with friends within the same city only

4. Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • All Sphere Class Pack Flash Sale purchases are final sale.

  • Standard booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies continue to apply to individual class reservations.

  • No refunds or price adjustments will be issued for purchases made before or after the promotional period.

5. Loyalty Program Points

  • Eligible purchases will continue to earn Puppy Points in accordance with Puppy Sphere's Loyalty Program.

  • Loyalty Points may take up to 72 hours to appear in a customer's account.

6. Limitations

This promotion:

  • Cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts

  • Cannot be combined with referral credits

  • Cannot be combined with influencer or partner discount codes

  • Cannot be combined with third-party offers or discounts

  • Applies only to Sphere Class Packs purchased during the promotional period

7. Booking & Attendance Rules

  • Standard Puppy Sphere booking policies apply.

  • Guests must arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is permitted.

  • Missed or no-show reservations will result in the deduction of one class credit from the applicable Sphere Class Pack.

8. Errors & Modifications

Puppy Sphere reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time and to correct pricing, technical, or typographical errors.
