1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern Puppy Sphere’s Summer Serotonin Sale promotions:

  1. 15% off all standard single-class tickets

  2. 15% off all Sphere Packs

  3. 50% off of first month of Membership (3 & 6 month plans only)

All offers are valid at every Puppy Sphere studio location, unless otherwise specified.

2. 15% Off All Tickets

Details

  • 15% off all single-class tickets

  • Includes all studios and all standard class types

  • Automatically applied at checkout during the sale period

3. 15% Off Sphere Packs

Overview

Sphere Packs (previously known as “Class Packs”) offer discounted, prepaid access to multiple puppy yoga or Puppy Pilates sessions and are tied to one specific city.

General Use Rules

  • Sphere Packs can only be used in the city where they were purchased.

    • Example: A Toronto Pack can only be used for Toronto classes.

  • Packs cannot be transferred to another city or studio location.

  • Customers can view remaining credits under My Account.

  • Sharing rules follow the pack type:

    • Solo Packs: Not shareable

    • Share Packs: Shareable with friends, but only within the same city

4. 50% Off 1st Month of Sphere Membership (3 & 6 month plans only)

Overview

Sphere Membership is a recurring paid subscription program that provides Members with access to certain recurring benefits (consistent credits for Puppy Sphere Wellness Puppy Yoga, Simply Puppy Yoga, or Puppy Pilates classes) in exchange for the payment of Membership fees.

General use rules

  • Memberships are for personal use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Guests of Members may be booked using individual guest credit, and only for Shareable plans. 

  • Credits can be used to book eligible classes and are subject to availability and Puppy Sphere’s booking and cancellation policies.

  • Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

  • 50% off the first month of Sphere Membership subscription, eligible only for 3 & 6 month plans.

5. Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • All Summer Serotonin Sale purchases are final sale

  • Standard reschedule policies apply

  • No price adjustments

6. Limitations

Cannot be combined with:

  • Other promo codes

  • Referral credits

  • Influencer/partner codes

  • Third-party offers

7. Booking & Attendance Rules

  • Standard age policy, check-in, and late arrival rules apply

  • 10-minute grace period

  • Missed/no-show bookings deduct one credit

8. Errors & Modifications

Puppy Sphere may update or end the promotion at any time and correct pricing errors.
