Sphere Membership gives customers monthly class credits plus exclusive savings and perks.
Members choose a tier (Mini, Core, or Max), which determines how many class credits they receive each month. These credits can be used for any Puppy Sphere class across all studios.
Members also choose a commitment length (Monthly, 3-Month, or 6-Month). The longer the commitment, the more they save on classes.

Memberships renew automatically based on the selected plan.

We offer three tiers:

• Mini – 1 class credit per month + 5% off additional tickets
• Core – 2 class credits per month + 10% off additional tickets + private event discount
• Max – 4 class credits per month + 15% off additional tickets + enhanced private event discount

All tiers include access to all studios and class types.

• Monthly Commitment – Automatically renews every month.
• 3-Month Commitment – Minimum 3 billing cycles
• Automatically renews, at the 3-month commitment plan rate, monthly.
• 6-Month Commitment – Minimum 6 billing cycles
• Automatically renews, at the 6-month commitment plan rate, monthly.

No. Credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

• Monthly - Cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.

3-month and 6-month plans remain active for the full commitment term before cancellation takes effect.

Yes. Memberships can be paused for up to 2 consecutive months once per term. During a pause, billing and benefits are temporarily inactive.

You’re billed automatically each month on your enrollment date. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Memberships and benefits are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

However, class bookings made with Sphere Membership credits can be transferred to someone else following our standard booking transfer policy.

No. Classes are still subject to availability, so we recommend booking early — especially for popular weekend sessions.
