New York’s favorite feel-good class - made for people who love dogs. Puppy Pilates is one of our best-selling wellness experiences in New York, combining a sculpting workout with puppy snuggles. Each class begins with beginner-intermediate mat pilates and ends with social time as a litter of the cutest puppies roams the studio. Rooted in ethical puppy wellness, it’s designed to help the puppies socialize and lift your mood. Come solo, with friends, or with family - everyone deserves a little puppy love.

Female-founded and created by dog owners, Puppy Sphere is the original puppy yoga and puppy pilates brand rooted in care and compassion. As one of our first locations, NYC holds a special place in our story. Each class reflects our commitment to ethical puppy wellness and the wellbeing of both people and pups.

Disclaimer: We allow guests to arrive 10 minutes before the class begins. No entry will be permitted after 10 minutes from the class start time. Participating in a puppy-inclusive class comes with inherent risks such as the potential for scratches, bites, and other serious injuries. The well-being of the animals in our classes is our first priority, as such, interaction with animals is not guaranteed in our classes. All attendees must sign the following waiver before joining a session. 

For the safety and comfort of our puppies, guests, and staff, the following age policy applies to all Puppy Sphere classes:

• Ages 18+ may attend classes alone.
• Ages 14–17 may attend only when accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
• Maximum ratio: One 18+ may supervise up to four minors (ages 14–17).
• Children under 14 are not permitted to attend public classes.

Important:
Guests who do not meet the age requirement or arrive without proof of age (ID or document indicating child's DOB) or the required supervision will not be permitted to participate, and tickets will be considered forfeited in accordance with our booking and reschedule policies.

This age requirement is set in collaboration with our breeders and rescue partners and is strictly enforced to prioritize the well-being of our puppies.

Puppy Sphere reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who does not comply with this policy.

Beginning May 8th, 2026:

ALL classes*: 18+ only; minors ages 14–17 permitted with a supervising adult. Minimum 1 supervising adult per 4 minors. All guests must present proof-of-age (document, ID, or photo showing DOB). Failure to provide proof of age may result in denied entry.

*Does not apply to classes explicitly designated as "Family Friendly," which typically occur on specific holidays. 

More than 48 hours before the event start time:

We do not accept refunds, but you are welcome to return your order for store credit or reschedule your ticket. A $5 reschedule fee per ticket applies to all changes. You may also transfer your ticket to another person at no cost by updating the name on your ticket through the link in your confirmation email.

You can transfer your ticket to another guest at the click of a button. Simply click into the ticket details after purchase (sent by email) and change the name on the ticket.
