Ticket Returns & Transfers
More than 48 hours before the event start time: We are happy to return your order for store credit or refund in full. You are also welcome to transfer your ticket to any person by changing the name on the ticket. This can be completed yourself by clicking into the ticket details.
Less than 48 hours before the event start time:
We aren't able to offer refunds at this time, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to any person by changing the name on the ticket. This can be completed yourself by clicking into the ticket details on your ticket (sent by email).
Transfer Your Ticket
You can transfer your ticket to another guest at the click of a button. Simply click into the ticket details after purchase (sent by email) and change the name on the ticket.
