You’ll begin with a gentle, grounding, beginner-friendly yoga session designed to help you slow down and reconnect, all while puppies roam freely and interact with you.
Afterward, you’ll have time to cuddle, connect, and simply be present in a space intentionally designed for calm, joy, and reset.
Each class includes (varies by class type)
- 30–45 minutes guided flow yoga
- 20–30 minutes puppy cuddle + connection time
