At Puppysphere, we strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, we have implemented the following Late/No-Show Policy:

Late Arrival Policy

1. 15-Minute Grace Period:

   Attendees may enter up to 15 minutes after the class start time. However, arriving late may disrupt the experience for other attendees and the puppies, so we encourage arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

2. No Entry After 15 Minutes:

   For the safety and comfort of all participants, entry will not be permitted after the 15-minute grace period.

No-Show Policy

1. No Refunds or Reschedules for Late Arrivals:

   If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, you will be marked as a no-show, and no refunds or reschedules will be provided.

2. Exceptions:

   We understand that emergencies can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible before your scheduled class if you anticipate being late, and we will do our best to assist within our policies.

How to Prepare:

1. Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling in.

2. Late attendees disrupt the flow of the class and the puppies' behavior, so we appreciate your understanding and punctuality.
