Public Puppy Yoga Classes
More than 48 hours before the event start time:
We do not accept refunds, but are happy to return your order for store credit or reschedule your ticket. You are also welcome to transfer your ticket to any person by changing the name on the ticket. This can be completed yourself by clicking on the ticket details on your purchased event ticket.
Transfer Your Ticket
You can transfer your ticket to another guest at the click of a button. Simply click into the ticket details after purchase (sent by email) and change the name on the ticket.

Price Match Policy
At Puppysphere, we strive to provide the best value for our Puppy Yoga experiences. If you notice a price difference after we've rescheduled your session, we’ll make sure you’re compensated.
How Our Price Match Policy Works:
- Store Credit for Price Differences: If we need to reschedule your session and the new date has a lower price, we'll provide store credit for the difference.
- No Extra Charges: For any inconvenience caused by the reschedule, we’ll waive any additional charges.
How to Claim Your Store Credit:
- Contact Us: Notify our customer service team about the price difference.
- Verification: We’ll verify the price difference and process your store credit.
- Enjoy Your Credit: Use your store credit for any future sessions with us!
Terms & Conditions:
- The policy applies only to rescheduled sessions initiated by Puppysphere.
- Price differences will be credited as store credit, not refunds.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the rescheduled session.
