Reschedule Policy

More than 48 hours before the event start time: 

We do not accept refunds, but you are welcome to return your order for store credit or reschedule your ticket. A $5 USD / $7 CAD reschedule fee per ticket applies to all changes. You may also transfer your ticket to another person at no cost by updating the name on your ticket through the link in your confirmation email.

Transfer Your Ticket

You can transfer your ticket to another guest at the click of a button. Simply click into the ticket details after purchase (sent by email) and change the name on the ticket.

Price Match Policy

At Puppy Sphere, we strive to provide the best value for our Puppy Yoga experiences. If you notice a price difference after we've rescheduled your session, we’ll make sure you’re compensated.

How Our Price Match Policy Works:

  • Store Credit for Price Differences: If we need to reschedule your session and the new date has a lower price, we'll provide store credit for the difference.
  • No Extra Charges: When a reschedule is initiated by Puppy Sphere, any reschedule fees are waived.

How to Claim Your Store Credit:

  1. Contact our customer service team.
  2. We’ll verify the price difference.
  3. Store credit will be issued for future use.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Applies only to reschedules initiated by Puppy Sphere.
  • Price differences are provided as store credit, not refunds.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the rescheduled session.

Age Policy

For the safety and comfort of our puppies, guests, and staff, the following age policy applies to all Puppy Sphere classes:

  • Ages 18+ may attend alone
  • Guests ages 10–17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who is also attending the class.
  • Maximum 3 minors (ages 10–17) per adult
  • Every guest must have their own valid ticket.
  • Valid photo ID will be requested at check-in to verify age. and waivers must be completed prior to participation

Important:
Guests who do not meet the age requirement or arrive without the required supervision will not be permitted to participate, and tickets will be considered forfeited in accordance with our booking and reschedule policies.

This age requirement is set in collaboration with our breeders and rescue partners and is strictly enforced to prioritize the well-being of our puppies.

Puppy Sphere reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who does not comply with this policy.
