General Questions
Puppy Sphere is North America’s leading puppy wellness studio, offering our signature puppy yoga and puppy pilates classes that combine mindful movement, stress relief, and playful interaction with adorable puppies. Our fitness-inspired experiences are designed to support both mental and physical well-being in a joyful, therapeutic environment. In addition to public classes, Puppy Sphere also hosts private events for corporate team-building, influencer activations, and special celebrations, bringing our unique puppy wellness experience to groups of all sizes.
Each Wellness Puppy Yoga class begins with a guided, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Throughout the session, adorable puppies roam freely around the studio, creating plenty of opportunities to cuddle, play, and interact as you move through gentle poses. Our classes are designed to promote mindfulness, stress relief, and overall well-being in a joyful and supportive environment. No prior yoga experience is required - just come ready to relax, have fun, and enjoy an unforgettable yoga class with puppies.
Simply Puppy Yoga is our weekday puppy yoga class option, available in select studios. Each ticket includes a 50-minute puppy experience, made up of:
- 30 minutes of guided puppy yoga
- 20 minutes of puppy chill time
- A yoga mat for the session
Wellness Puppy Yoga is our longer, fuller puppy yoga experience, is typically held on weekends, and is available at every Puppy Sphere studio location. Each class includes a 75-minute puppy experience with:
- 45 minutes of guided puppy yoga
- 30 minute puppy chill time
- Wellness Drink Cart with refreshing sparkling drinks
- Yoga mat for the session
Both classes include plenty of time with the puppies - the main difference is the class length, price, and scheduling.
Our classes are designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible to everyone. We practice a gentle flow-yoga style, with options and guidance throughout so you can move at your own pace and comfort level.
You’re always welcome to take breaks, modify poses, or simply relax on your mat, especially if you’d rather spend some time cuddling or playing with the puppies. The goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and have a fun, memorable experience.

Our classes are all flow yoga, which is a style of yoga that is generally considered safe for pregnant women. However, like with all new exercises during pregnancy, it's recommended that you get the go-ahead from your health care professional before joining a class.
No need to bring a yoga mat, we will supply them for you during the class. All mats are sanitized between sessions for the health and safety of the pups and all attendees.
All you need to bring is yourself, clothes that are easy to move in and a water bottle if you want one!
Yes. All attendees, including supervising adults, must purchase a ticket.
If age, supervision, proof-of-age, or waiver requirements are not met, entry may be denied.
Classes are non-refundable if entry is denied due to not meeting age, supervision, proof-of-age, or waiver requirements. However, they may be rescheduled or transferred according to our standard Returns & Transfers policy.
Booking & Policies
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, to maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees and the puppies, no entry is allowed after the 10-minute grace period.
If you arrive late or miss your class entirely:
- You will be marked as a no-show.
- No refunds or reschedules will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the start time to ensure you have ample time for parking, check-in, and settling in.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations. All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for weekends and popular time slots. Classes often sell out, particularly during peak seasons and holidays.
We welcome group bookings for special occasions, such as birthday celebrations. Our class sizes range from 22-26 attendees (depending on the studio location), so for convenient booking of groups between 8-10 people, we recommend using our website and purchasing tickets in bulk.

If you are having trouble finding the email containing your tickets, please contact us at info@doggos.ca and we'll resend it to you. Please ensure to check all inboxes associated with your email address that could have been used for the original purchase.
If you are a member of the Puppy Club, you can also view your ticket through your Loyalty Account.
Yes - please use the “Notify When Available” button to be placed on the waitlist for your desired class. When a spot opens, you will be notified via email with a direct link to book.
Yes! Tickets can be easily transferred to another person if you’re unable to attend. Simply open your ticket confirmation email and click the Transfer button included with your ticket. Enter the recipient’s information, and they’ll receive the ticket directly. There’s no need to contact us to update the name on the reservation.

Membership FAQ
Puppy Sphere Membership is a convenient, ongoing subscription that gives you monthly class credits plus exclusive savings and perks.
You choose your tier (Mini, Core, or Max) and your renewal option (Monthly, 3-Month, or 6-Month commitment). Your membership renews automatically based on your selected plan.
We offer 3 Membership tiers:
Mini
- 1 class per month
- Save 15% per class
- 5% off additional tickets
- 5% off private events
Core
- 2 classes per month
- Save 20% per class
- 10% off additional tickets
- 10% off private events
Max
- 4 classes per month
- Save 25% per class
- 15% off additional tickets
- 15% off private events
All tiers include access to all studios and class types, including Wellness Puppy Yoga, Simply Puppy Yoga, and Puppy Pilates.
You can choose:
- Flexible (Monthly): No minimum commitment
- 3-Month Commitment: Minimum 3 billing cycles
- 6-Month Commitment: Minimum 6 billing cycles
Commitment plans automatically renew for additional terms unless cancelled before renewal. For a Flexible Plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle, provided the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. If the request is received later than that, the next scheduled charge may still be processed and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.
- You’re billed on the same calendar date each month based on your enrollment date.
- Memberships renew automatically.
- All fees are non-refundable once charged.
- Taxes may apply.
- Charges are processed in the currency of the purchase location.
No. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

Flexible Monthly Plans
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
3-Month or 6-Month Plans
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current commitment term.
- Early cancellation does not eliminate remaining payment obligations.
- No refunds or prorated credits are issued.

Yes, with limits, including:
- You may pause for up to 2 consecutive months
- Pause can be used once per membership term
- Must request at least 48 hours before your next billing date
- Pauses cannot be applied retroactively
During a pause:
- You will not be billed
- No new credits will be issued
- Discounts and perks are inactive
For commitment plans, your term will be extended by the length of the pause.
Membership bookings follow our standard cancellation and no-show policies.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit used to book.
While Sphere Membership commitments are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold, and misuse may result in suspension or termination, the Core and Max Tier plans have shareable classes. For example, a Sphere Member with a Core Plan (2 classes per month) may attend and bring 1 guest, therefore utilizing both of the monthly class credits.
If you file a chargeback, payment reversal, or other payment dispute that we reasonably believe is not valid, Puppy Sphere may, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Suspend or cancel your membership
- Cancel any upcoming reservations
- Remove credits or membership benefits associated with the disputed payment
- Restrict future purchases or bookings
- Recover the disputed amount
- Recover any related bank fees, payment processing fees, administrative costs, and collection costs where allowed by law
Nothing in this section limits your legal right to dispute charges that are unauthorized or otherwise unlawful.
Yes. If pricing changes, you will receive advance notice. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Membership is available to individuals 18+. Guests under 18 may participate only with parent or legal guardian consent. The membership must be purchased and managed by the parent/legal guardian, and participants must still abide by Puppy Sphere’s age requirements.
No. All bookings are subject to availability. Membership provides credits and discounts, but does not guarantee access to specific dates or times. We encourage booking early, especially for peak weekends.
Puppy Sphere may modify or discontinue the Membership program. If required by law, reasonable notice will be provided. Please see our Sphere Membership Terms & Conditions for more information.
Safety & Health
Puppy interactions come with inherent risks including the possibility of minor scratches or nips as puppies explore and play. All attendees must sign our Puppy Sphere Waiver acknowledging these risks before participating. If you experience any discomfort or have concerns following your visit, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional. Please notify our staff immediately if any incident occurs during your session.
All puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations appropriate for their age and come from trusted, reputable breeders and rescues. While puppies this young don't yet receive rabies vaccinations (typically given at 12-16 weeks), there is no risk of rabies exposure as we maintain strict sourcing standards and a controlled studio environment.
We maintain rigorous health and safety standards including regular studio sanitization, trained staff supervision, and strict animal welfare requirements. All guests must sign a liability waiver, and we reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior poses a risk to puppies or other participants.
Our studios are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each session. We provide hand sanitizer and recommend washing hands before and after puppy interactions. Puppies are monitored for health and cleanliness throughout their time with us.
Puppy yoga and Puppy Pilates classes involve direct contact with animals and their dander. If you have known allergies to dogs, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before attending. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. We do have hypo-allergenic breeds join us occasionally, though we cannot guarantee their attendance.
Experience Details
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing suitable for yoga that you don't mind getting puppy hair on. Avoid loose jewelry, dangling accessories, or anything that could be damaged or pose a safety risk around playful puppies. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for arrival, though you'll be barefoot during the session.
Yes! We encourage capturing memories during your puppy yoga experience. Please be mindful of other guests' privacy and avoid using flash photography, which can startle the puppies. We also offer Polaroid photos for additional onsite purchase.
Class sizes vary by location and session, but we maintain intimate group sizes to ensure quality interactions with both puppies and instructors. Specific capacity information is available when booking.

We work with various breeds and mixed breeds depending on availability from our partner rescues and breeders. Each session features different puppies, making every experience unique. We cannot guarantee specific breeds for any given class.
While Puppy Sphere does not facilitate puppy sales, puppies may be available for adoption during rescue events through our partner rescue organizations. If you're interested in adopting, our staff can connect you with the appropriate rescue contact during your visit.
We allow guests to arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Early arrival allows time for check-in and waiver completion. Please note that entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after the class start time.
Yes, hand sanitizer is available throughout our studios, and we provide cleaning supplies as needed. We encourage all guests to sanitize hands before and after puppy interactions.
Arrive with comfortable yoga clothes, a positive attitude, and realistic expectations about puppy behavior. Review your waiver beforehand, bring a hair tie if you have long hair, and be prepared for an experience that's equal parts relaxing and energizing!
In the rare event that puppies cannot participate due to health or safety concerns, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available session at no additional charge.
Parking depends on each studio! Please see parking instructions on each ticket page appropriately. You will also receive parking instructions in the pre-event email 24 hours before your class!
If you’ve left an item behind at one of our locations, we’ll hold it for up to 30 days. If no attempt is made to claim the item within that time, it will be donated.
To claim a lost item, please get in touch with us directly at: info@doggos.ca. Be sure to include a description of the item and the date/location where it was left. Our team will assist you in retrieving it as soon as possible.
Special Circumstances
We strive to make our experiences accessible to all guests. Please contact us directly when booking to discuss specific accommodation needs, and we'll work with you to ensure a comfortable experience.
Our trained staff will help you feel comfortable and can guide you through gradual interactions with the puppies. You're never required to interact directly with puppies if you're uncomfortable - you can observe and participate in yoga at your own comfort level.
Yes! We offer private group bookings and corporate events. Contact us directly to discuss availability, pricing, and customization options for your group.
We value all of our guests and appreciate the interest in our puppy wellness classes. However, at this time, we are unable to offer group discounts or special pricing for specific professions or celebrations, but you are welcome to purchase 10 tickets in bulk with a Share Plus Sphere Pack.

You can view your store or Membership credits by navigating to your Puppy Club Loyalty Account. Once logged in, click on Rewards History to see the details of your store credit and its usage. This allows you to keep track of any credits granted for ticket cancellations or adjustments.

In the event that Puppy Sphere cancels a class due to severe weather or other circumstances outside of our control, all affected bookings will be eligible for a free reschedule to a future class of equal value.
• Refunds are not offered for weather-related cancellations.
• Guests will be contacted directly with next steps and a rescheduling deadline.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted within the communicated timeframe to ensure availability.
• If a guest does not respond within the specified window, the booking may be forfeited.
Classes That Remain Open During Severe Weather:
If a class proceeds as scheduled during inclement weather, guests may be offered a one-time courtesy reschedule (fee waived) provided the request is made before the stated deadline in the event communication.
