This is our best-selling wellness experience in NYC for a reason! Puppy Yoga is an endorphin boosting class that blend of yoga with puppy cuddles. The 75 minute experience begins with 45 minutes of a beginner yoga with a litter of adorable puppies. Capped off with 30 minutes of chill time with the pups while enjoying refreshing wellness drinks. Make memories that you can treasure with friends, family, or even solo - we all deserve puppy love.

Disclaimer: We allow guests to arrive 10 minutes before the class begins. No entry will be permitted after 10 minutes from the class start time. Participating in a puppy-inclusive class comes with inherent risks such as the potential for scratches, bites, and other serious injuries. The well-being of the animals in our classes is our first priority, as such, interaction with animals is not guaranteed in our classes. All attendees must sign the following waiver before joining a session. 

For the safety and comfort of our puppies, guests, and staff, the following age policy applies to all Puppy Sphere classes:

• Ages 18+ may attend alone
• Guests aged 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who is also attending the class.
• Maximum 4 minors (ages 14–17) per adult
• Every guest must have their own valid ticket.
• Proof-of-age documentation (document, ID, or photo showing DOB) will be requested at check-in to verify age. Waivers must be completed prior to participation, regardless of age.

Important:
During select Family Friendly classes, guests aged 10–13 are permitted when accompanied by an adult (18+) who is also attending the class, along with proof-of-age documentation, as a reflection of the policy above. One adult aged 18+ may supervise up to: 3 minors (ages 10–13) or 4 minors (ages 14–17). Children under 10 are not permitted. These sessions are specifically designated as “Family Friendly” on booking pages and tickets. These designated classes may vary by location, and typically occur around holidays. 

Guests who do not meet the age requirement or arrive without the required supervision will not be permitted to participate, and tickets will be considered forfeited in accordance with our booking and reschedule policies.

This age requirement is set in collaboration with our breeders and rescue partners and is strictly enforced to prioritize the well-being of our puppies.

Puppy Sphere reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who does not comply with this policy.

More than 48 hours before the event start time:

We do not accept refunds, but you are welcome to return your order for store credit or reschedule your ticket. A $5 reschedule fee per ticket applies to all changes. You may also transfer your ticket to another person at no cost by updating the name on your ticket through the link in your confirmation email.

You can transfer your ticket to another guest at the click of a button. Simply click into the ticket details after purchase (sent by email) and change the name on the ticket.
