Find a studio near you
Every studio runs the same class format and the same welfare standards. What changes between them is the room, the neighbourhood and the price, which is set against local operating costs rather than applied uniformly.
United States
Canada
Prices are per person in local currency and include your mat and studio access. Puppy Pilates is priced separately where it is offered.
Not in your city yet? We open new studios where demand is strongest, and the waitlist is genuinely how we decide. Join the early access list — members get first pick of class times when a studio opens, before general booking goes live.
Choosing between two studios in the same city
Three of our cities have more than one room, which is usually the first question people ask.
New York
Flatiron is the flagship and the busiest, two minutes from the 28th St subway and easy to reach from anywhere in Manhattan. Lower Manhattan is quieter and better if you are coming from the Financial District, Tribeca or Brooklyn.
If you are booking for a group, Flatiron is the larger room. If you want the calmer session, go downtown.
Toronto
Both Queen West studios sit on the same block. Sun Studio is the brighter room and takes most of the morning and weekend schedule. Glow Studio runs more evening classes and has a softer, lower-light feel.
Same price, same format — pick on the time of day that suits you.
What actually happens in a class
Every class follows the same shape wherever you book it, and it is worth knowing the order in advance because it is not what most people expect.
- Arrive ten minutes early. You will be checked in, shown where to leave your things, and given a mat. Doors close ten minutes after the start time, so this matters.
- The yoga runs first. A beginner-to-intermediate guided flow, cued step by step. No experience is assumed and nothing is compulsory — the instructor will offer an easier option for every movement.
- Then the puppies come in. Dedicated social time at the end, once the moving part is finished. They wander, sit in laps, and frequently fall asleep on someone's mat.
- Photos at the end. Take as many as you like during puppy time. We ask that you keep phones away during the flow itself so the class works for everyone.
We run it in that order deliberately. Some operators keep animals in the room for the full hour, which sounds better and works worse — it makes for a distracted class and a much longer working day for the puppies.
When to book, and how far ahead
Classes cap at 22–26 people and most weekend sessions sell out several days ahead. If you are flexible, weekday morning classes are consistently the easiest to get into at short notice and tend to be the calmest rooms.
Weekday mornings
Usually available within a day or two. The quietest sessions and the best choice for a first visit.
Weekday evenings
Busier. Worth booking three to four days ahead, particularly in Toronto and New York.
Weekends
The most popular slots. Book at least a week ahead, and further out for a group or a birthday.
What to bring, and what to wear
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and that you do not mind a puppy walking across. Mats are provided at every studio, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Grip socks are optional. Water is available, but a bottle is never a bad idea.
Leave anything precious at home or in the storage provided. Puppies are curious about shoelaces, hair ties and phone cables, and they are quick.
Who can attend
- 18 and over may attend on their own.
- 14 to 17 may attend with an accompanying adult, up to four minors per adult.
- Proof of age may be requested at check-in, so bring ID if you look under 18.
- If you have a dog allergy, this is not the class for you — the puppies are in the room and on the mats, and there is no way to avoid that.
No yoga experience is needed at any studio. The majority of any given room has either never done yoga or has not done it in years.
Booking for a group
Birthdays, team outings, bachelorette parties and family celebrations are among the most common reasons people book with us. For smaller groups you can simply book adjacent spots in a public class. For larger groups, or if you want the room to yourselves, a private class is usually the better option and can be hosted at one of our studios or at your venue.

Getting to each studio
Every studio is chosen to be reachable without a car, because most of our guests are travelling from within the city rather than driving in.
New York — Flatiron
114 W 27th St, Floor 2. Roughly two minutes from the 28th St station, and walkable from Chelsea, NoMad, Koreatown and Madison Square Park.
New York — Lower Manhattan
Convenient for the Financial District, Tribeca and the Lower East Side, and an easy ride from Brooklyn.
Toronto — Queen West
Both studios sit on the same block in Queen West, on the streetcar line and walkable from Trinity Bellwoods and Ossington.
Montreal — Saint-Henri
In Saint-Henri, close to the canal and easily reached from downtown and the Plateau.
Full addresses and directions appear on each studio's booking page, linked above.

Prefer something more demanding?
If you want a real workout rather than a gentle flow, Puppy Pilates is the more strenuous format — a sculpting mat Pilates class followed by puppy social time. It runs at selected studios and is priced separately.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find puppy yoga near me?
Pick the city closest to you from the list on this page. Every studio shows its neighbourhood, its price and a live class schedule. If your city is not listed yet, join the early access list — we open new studios based on where demand is strongest.
Do I need to book puppy yoga in advance?
Yes. Classes are capped at 22–26 people and most weekend sessions sell out several days ahead. Weekday morning classes are usually the easiest to get into at short notice.
How long is a puppy yoga class?
About 60 minutes in total: a beginner-friendly guided flow, followed by dedicated puppy social time at the end. You do not need any yoga experience.
What should I wear to puppy yoga?
Comfortable clothes you can move in and do not mind a puppy walking across. Grip socks are optional. Mats are provided at every studio, so there is nothing you need to bring.
Can I come if I have never done yoga before?
Yes — most people in the room are beginners. The instructor cues every movement and offers an easier option throughout. There is no expectation to keep up with anyone else.
How old do you have to be to attend?
You must be 18 or over to attend on your own. Anyone aged 14 to 17 may attend with an accompanying adult, up to four minors per adult. Proof of age may be requested at check-in.
What happens if I arrive late?
You can enter up to ten minutes after the class start time. After that the door closes, because a late arrival is disruptive for the class and unsettling for the puppies. Arriving ten minutes early is the safest plan.
Can I take photos during the class?
Yes, during puppy social time at the end — that is when most people get the pictures they want. We ask that phones stay away during the flow itself.
Do you have studios outside the US and Canada?
Not currently. All 13 studios are in the United States and Canada, listed on this page.
