1. What is the Puppy Sphere Prize Card Promotion?

Our Prize Card Promotion is a fun way to win discounts, class packs, or even a 6-month Sphere Membership! Prize cards are distributed at participating Puppy Sphere classes while supplies last.

2. Who can participate?

  • Any attendee at a participating Puppy Sphere event.

  • Limit of one prize card per person, per event.

  • If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must redeem the prize on your behalf.

3. Do I need to buy anything to get a prize card?

No purchase is required!

  • There is always a free way to request a prize card. To receive one without making a purchase, please email info@doggos.ca to arrange a pickup window at the studio check-in desk, while supplies last.

  • You can enter and win without paying anything.

4. What prizes can I win?

Prize cards may reveal:

  • $10 Off

  • $20 Off

  • 10% Off

  • Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO)

  • Class Pack

  • Class Pack Discount

  • Grand Prize: 6-Month Sphere Membership

Prizes are randomly distributed and limited in quantity.

5. How do I redeem my prize?

  • Only one prize redemption per person.

  • Discounts apply to future bookings only.

  • BOGO applies to a class of equal or lesser value.

  • Class Packs and Sphere Memberships follow Puppy Sphere’s standard policies.

  • Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian redeem the prize.

6. Can I exchange my prize for cash?

No. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, unless explicitly stated.

7. When do I need to use my prize?

  • Check your prize card for an expiration date.

  • If no date is listed, prizes expire 60 days from the event date where the card was received.

8. What about the Grand Prize 6-Month Sphere Membership?

  • Begins when activated.

  • Non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  • Includes standard Sphere Membership benefits only.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • If the winner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must activate and manage the Sphere Membership.

9. What if my prize card is lost or damaged?

Lost, stolen, or damaged cards are void, so keep yours safe!
