1.What does a puppy yoga class actually cost?
A single drop-in puppy yoga class at Puppy Sphere ranges from $60–$70 USD in the United States and roughly $53–$58 CAD in Canada. Smaller markets price lower; flagship locations like NYC's Flatiron studios sit at the top of the range. Puppy Pilates, our newer mat Pilates format, is $60 USD per class in NYC.
Why the variance? Pricing reflects the operating cost of each studio (real estate, staff, puppy partnerships, insurance) and the demand in each market. NYC and Toronto sit at the top of the range; Washington D.C., Montréal, Ottawa, and Winnipeg are at the lower end.

2.What's included in the price of a class?
Every Puppy Sphere class includes the following:
- A 30–45-minute guided session led by a yoga or Pilates instructor (depending on class type).
- A litter of socialized puppies rotating through the room for cuddles, photos, and play, either during puppy yoga or after Puppy Pilates.
- A clean, mat-ready studio with sanitized equipment.
- All necessary gear, yoga mats, blocks, and blankets, as needed per class type. You bring yourself (and water).
- Photo opportunities throughout and at the end of class with the puppies.
- Our Puppy-First care standards: every puppy comes from vetted, ethical breeder or rescue partners and is rotated, rested, and supervised by trained staff. Read more in How we source our puppies.
You don't pay extra for the puppies, the photos, or the gear. The drop-in price is everything you'll spend on the day of class.

3.Single class, Sphere Class Pack, or Sphere Membership — which saves you the most?
Three pricing structures cover almost every booking pattern. Use the table below to find the lowest-cost option for how often you actually plan to attend.
| Option | Best for | What it costs | Per-class | Transferable? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single class | First-timers, one-offs | $60–$70 USD / ~$53–$58 CAD | Full price | n/a |
| Solo Pack (2 classes) | A trial run | ~5% off | Small saving | No (one user) |
| Solo Plus (5 classes) | Regulars | ~10–15% off | Better | No (one user) |
| Share Pack (4 classes) | Two people splitting | ~5–10% off | Same as Solo | Yes (shareable) |
| Share Plus (10 classes) | Friends, family, small teams | ~15–20% off | Best per-class on a pack | Yes (shareable) |
| Monthly membership | Going 2+ times a month | ~25–45% off depending on Membership type | Lowest possible | Personal |

When the Share pack is the smart move
The Share and Share Plus packs are transferable, so you can split classes with a partner, friend, or coworker. Two people doing two classes each on a Share (4) pack costs less per class than buying four individual tickets. Great for couples, roommates, and small office wellness groups.
When the Solo Plus pack is the smart move
If you'll go every couple of weeks for the next 2–3 months but aren't ready to commit to a monthly membership, the 5-class Solo Plus pack hits the right balance.
When Sphere Membership is the smart move
The membership pays for itself if you're going 2+ times a month. You also get discounts on any additional classes booked for family or friends.

5.How puppy yoga prices compare to other wellness experiences
A common question: "Why does puppy yoga cost more than regular yoga?" The price reflects the extra cost of ethically sourcing and caring for live puppies in addition to operating the yoga studio. Here's how a typical drop-in compares with other things you might spend a similar amount on:

| Experience | Typical drop-in (USD) | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Big-box gym group class | $0–$25 (with monthly fee) | Class only |
| Boutique yoga studio (CorePower, YogaWorks) | $25–$40 | Class only |
| Boutique fitness (SoulCycle, Barry's) | $36–$45 | Class only |
| Puppy Sphere puppy yoga | $60–$70 | Class + 8–12 socialized puppies + photo op + ethical-care guarantee |
| Brunch + activity event (paint & sip, axe-throwing) | $40–$75 | Activity + light food/drinks |
| Adoption-event admission | $20–$45 | Time with adoptable dogs only — no instruction |
The honest answer: puppy yoga is a premium experience because it combines a fitness class with a curated, ethical animal interaction. If you've ever paid $60 for a brunch you forgot the same week, this is the same price for a class you'll remember (and post about) for years.
6.Discounts, gift cards & rewards
You don't always pay full sticker price. There are four straightforward ways to lower the per-class cost:
- Sphere Class Packs — see Section 3 above. Save up to ~20% per class on Share Plus.
- Monthly Sphere Membership — currently 50% off the first month (Summer 2026 promo). Start a membership.
- Puppy Sphere Rewards — earn points on every booking, then redeem against future classes. Details on the Rewards page.
- Gift Cards — perfect for holidays, birthdays, bachelorettes, or office gifting. Recipients pick their own city and date, and they work at any Puppy Sphere studio.

7.Frequently asked questions about puppy yoga pricing
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often. Read more FAQs here.
Is puppy yoga more expensive than regular yoga?
Yes, priced only slightly more per class than a boutique studio. The difference covers the puppies' care, transport, handling, partnerships with ethical breeders and rescues, and the smaller class sizes required to keep everyone (humans and puppies) comfortable.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations follow our Late / No-Show Policy and our Return / Price Match Policy. You can also contact our team by email at info@doggos.ca with any additional questions.
Can I use one Sphere Class Pack across multiple cities?
Yes — Share and Share Plus packs are valid network-wide, so you can use one in NYC, take a colleague to a class in Chicago, and bring a friend to Toronto. Solo packs are tied to the buyer's account but also work across cities.
Are there hidden fees, taxes, or booking charges?
No. The price shown on the booking page is what you pay, plus any state or provincial sales tax that applies. We don't add booking fees, service fees, or convenience charges.
How much is a corporate or private puppy yoga event?
Corporate and private events are priced separately from drop-in classes, based on headcount, location, and duration. See Corporate Events or contact us through Private Events for a quote.
Can I bring my own puppy?
No. Our classes are designed around carefully socialized puppies from our partner network.
How old are the puppies, and are they adoptable?
The puppies in our classes are typically 8–12 weeks old. Some come from breeder partners; others come from rescue partners and are adoptable through those rescues. Our team can connect interested participants with the rescue organization after class.
What's the cheapest puppy yoga class at Puppy Sphere?
The lowest single-class price in our network is approximately $53 CAD in Montréal, Ottawa, and Winnipeg. In the U.S., the lowest is $60 USD in Washington, D.C., or for Puppy Pilates at the NYC Flatiron studio.
Is puppy yoga worth it for the price?
Across our 12 cities, classes average 4.9 stars from over 1,800 verified reviews. The most common feedback is that it's a memorable gift or a highlight of the year. If you'd spend $60 on dinner or an event ticket, you'll likely feel the same way about puppy yoga.
