1. What is the Sphere Membership?

Sphere Membership gives you monthly class credits plus exclusive savings and perks.

You choose your tier (Mini, Core, or Max) and your commitment option (Monthly, 3-Month, or 6-Month commitment). Your membership renews automatically based on your selected plan. 


2. What are the different membership tiers?

We offer three tiers:

Mini

  • 1 class credit per month

  • Save up to 42% (Canada) / 46% (US) per class 

  • 5% off additional tickets

  • 5% off Private Events

Core

  • 2 class credits per month

  • Save up to 42% (Canada) / 46% (US) per class 

  • 10% off additional tickets

  • 10% off Private Events

Max

  • 4 class credits per month

  • Save up to 46% (Canada) / 52% (US) per class

  • 15% off additional tickets

  • 15% off Private Events

All tiers include access to all studios and class types.


3. What renewal options are available?

You can choose:

  • Monthly – Minimum 1 billing cycle

  • 3-Month Commitment – Minimum 3 billing cycles

  • 6-Month Commitment – Minimum 6 billing cycles


4. How does billing work?

  • You’re billed on the same calendar date each month based on your enrollment date

  • Sphere Memberships renew automatically

  • All fees are non-refundable once charged

  • Taxes may apply

  • Charges are processed in the currency of the purchase location


5. Do class credits roll over?

No.

  • Credits do not roll over

  • Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle

  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

We recommend booking early to ensure availability.


6. Can I cancel my Sphere Membership?

Yes.

Monthly Plans

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

3-Month or 6-Month Commitment Plans

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current commitment term

  • Early cancellation does not eliminate remaining payment obligations

  • No refunds or prorated credits are issued

You can cancel through your account portal or by contacting Customer Support.


7. Can I pause my Sphere Membership?

Yes — with limits.

  • You may pause for up to 2 consecutive months

  • Pause can be used once per Sphere Membership term

  • Must request at least 48 hours before your next billing date

  • Pauses cannot be applied retroactively

During a pause:

  • You will not be billed

  • No new credits will be issued

  • Discounts and perks are inactive

For commitment plans, your term will be extended by the length of the pause.


8. What happens if I miss a class?

Sphere Membership bookings follow our standard cancellation and no-show policies.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit used to book.


9. Can I share my Sphere Membership credits?

Yes!

Sphere Membership bookings may be transferred to other guests. Book the desired class through your account and then transfer the booking through your order page!

10. What if my payment fails?

If a payment is declined:

  • We may retry the charge

  • Sphere Membership benefits may be suspended

  • Continued non-payment may result in termination

Members remain responsible for any outstanding balances.


11. Can Sphere Membership pricing change?

Yes.

If pricing changes, you’ll receive advance notice. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.


12. Is Sphere Membership available to minors?

Sphere Membership is available to individuals 18+.

Guests under 18 may participate only with parent or legal guardian consent. The Sphere Membership must be purchased and managed by the parent/legal guardian.


13. Does Sphere Membership guarantee a spot in class?

No.

All bookings are subject to availability. Sphere Membership provides credits and discounts, but does not guarantee access to specific dates or times.

We encourage booking early — especially for peak weekends.


14. Do I earn Puppy Points on my Sphere Membership?

No. Sphere Membership fees and associated benefits are excluded from our Loyalty Program (Puppy Points), but you can earn points on additional bookings.


15. What happens if the program changes?

Puppy Sphere may modify or discontinue the Sphere Membership program. If required by law, reasonable notice will be provided.
