Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

   The Puppy Sphere LA Guest Feedback Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Puppy Sphere (“Puppy Sphere” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

   The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   Employees of Puppy Sphere, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

   The Giveaway begins on October 5th, 2026 at 12:00pm PT and ends on October 23rd, 2026 at 12:00pm PT (the “Giveaway Period”).

   Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

   To enter, eligible participants may complete the Puppy Sphere LA Guest Feedback Survey during the Giveaway Period and provide a valid email address when prompted. Limit one (1) entry per person.

   By submitting the survey, you agree to these Official Rules.

5. Prize

   One (1) winner will receive a $150 Puppy Sphere gift card.

   The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Puppy Sphere reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

   One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

   The drawing will take place on or about October 23rd, 2026.

   The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided with their entry. The potential winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, Puppy Sphere may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

   The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Privacy

   Information collected through the survey will be used in accordance with Puppy Sphere’s applicable privacy practices and for purposes related to administering the Giveaway and understanding guest feedback.

8. General Conditions

   By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Puppy Sphere, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Puppy Sphere reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Giveaway.

   Puppy Sphere is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or other circumstances that may prevent an eligible entry from being received.

9. Release

   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Puppy Sphere and its respective owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from claims arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
